All services are by appointment only, and all clients will be required to provide their card payment information upon booking. As a result, walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Consultation appointments may be required prior to service.
Clients must wash their hair less than 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. To ensure your stylist’s safety and improve the quality of your service, do not apply any oils or products to your hair after this wash.
Late arrivals interfere with our ability to respect the scheduled start times for subsequent clients in a day. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to a service appointment may forfeit their stylist’s obligation to render their service in full, potentially resulting in incomplete service. Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment’s scheduled start time signifies a no-show, which is liable to incur a fee valued up to 100% of the quoted total of all scheduled services. In the event there is no written price quote on record, you may be charged up to 100% of the “starting price” for your service listed on Brambleroots’ booking page.
Cell Phones & Recording Devices
When making/taking phone calls, please limit your conversation time and keep your voice at an appropriate volume. Video recordings of your stylist/service are not permitted without her consent. Brambleroots is not responsible for the loss or damage of any device while in use on the premise. Please double-check your belongings before departing the studio.
The studio area cannot accommodate children who are not being serviced. This is for the safety of the child, as well as the comfort of clients in neighboring suites. Please make arrangements for childcare prior to your appointment. Children as clients are welcome, but they cannot stay in the studio after their scheduled appointment time.
Obscene or otherwise inappropriate gestures/language are prohibited. This will be determined at your stylist’s discretion.
Client may not be under the influence of any mind-altering substance for any part of any appointment. Your stylist reserves the right to cancel your service if you are not of clear mind.
Starter lock and extension appointments will require a deposit valued up to half your quoted service price. This deposit is nonrefundable in all circumstances. Your deposit may not be transferred to a rescheduled appointment date, so please book wisely.
No-shows, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
All service appointments cancelled/rescheduled with fewer than 48 hours’ notice (“late cancellations”) and no-shows may incur a fee valued up to 100% of the estimated total of all scheduled service.In the event there is no written price quote on record, you may be charged up to 100% of the “starting price” for your service listed on Brambleroots’ booking page
. Fees will be assessed the same day of your appointment and cannot be applied as a credit to future services.
Each service is rendered uniquely to the specifications communicated by the client during the consultation. To ensure your satisfaction, it is critical to be an honest and active participant during the consultation process. The labor of your stylist cannot be refunded once service is rendered. Due to their use in personal grooming, all sales of physical goods are final. This includes, but is not limited to, to tools, extensions, hairpieces, prosthetics, and netting/cables.
When reserving your services, please notify your stylist of any medical conditions that may affect or be affected by your services, e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, lesions, pregnancy, diabetes, or physical ailments. This will help us provide you with optimized care. We cannot be held responsible for aggravating any condition that has not been disclosed prior to services.
By booking an appointment, clients signify they have read and agree to the above terms.
Any violation of these terms may result in immediate, nonrefundable termination of service.
